Certified Title Company, LLC is a locally owned and operated business. Our owner, Jeffrey Mollet, JD, has been an Illinois licensed attorney for over 30 years. Our general manager, Nicole Mollet, is also an Illinois licensed attorney with a practice focus on real estate matters, and our office staff members have over 2 decade of experience in the finance and title industry. Our goal is to always provide professional title services in a quick, accurate and cost-effective manner.
